Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the AgentPage app ("AgentPage", "we") handles when it connects to Facebook through the Meta Graph API.

Who uses AgentPage

AgentPage is used only by its owner to manage Facebook Pages that the owner administers. It does not offer Facebook Login to the public and does not request access to other people's accounts.

Information we access

• Page access tokens for Pages the owner administers, granted by the owner, used to publish posts.
• Page and post data: Page name and ID, IDs of posts we publish, and aggregate engagement counts (reactions, comments, shares) for those posts.
• We do not collect personal information about people who view, like or comment on the Pages, and we do not read private messages.

How we use it

• To publish text and images to the owner's Pages.
• To keep a log of published posts and review their performance.

Storage and security

Tokens and logs are stored on the owner's private computer and server, are never published, and are not shared. Access is limited to the owner.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data obtained from Meta with third parties. Data is exchanged only with Meta Platforms, as required to publish and read the owner's own Page content.

Retention

Post logs are kept only as long as needed to manage the Pages. Tokens are deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed.

Your choices

You can revoke AgentPage's access at any time in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove AgentPage. See Data Deletion Instructions to request deletion of any stored data.

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
